Not a fan the service was slow, food was slow, and the French dip taste awful. I was recommended by a local and I don’t plan to be back.
My most recent experience at this restaurant has left a bad taste in my mouth. It's always been one of my all time favorite places to go to, but the last time I went out on a date there with my boyfriend, we were seated in such an odd spot that we were forgotten about on numerous occasions. Never being checked up on for anything. And upon dropping off the meals the ticket immediately followed! I was appalled!! May as well have given us the to go boxes and told us to get the F*** out!! Haven't returned since!! Brought this to several people's attention, none of which seemed to care!!Doubt doing this will do anything much different, either. Certainly is sad that in the past this restaurant has gone from being so awesome to....such a disappointment! I'm embarrassed for even recommending to wanting to go to eat here.
Horrible service! We ordered wings for the an appetizer. The menu stated we should of received 6 and we received 5. My husband ordered a Walleye sandwich that was cold when he received it, told the waiter and his response was "Oh well, that sucks" and never came back. Sandwich was full of bones. If the fish is fileted correctly, there shouldn't be bones in a sandwich. We had to clear our table off because waiter was no where to be found. We had to physically walk up to the bar to get someone's attention to get a drink. We asked to speak with a manager, she said "Well, ill just take it off your bill." Waiter had no name. Our bill was completely wrong with no compensation. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
