Have it all
The tall fuzzy faced kid working behind the counter looked about 23 or so. I stopped to pick up my Zonnic gum and reminded him that there was a $1 off coupon. I wanted 2 packs of gum so I thought I got 2 coupons (like every other Casey's store I've ever been in has given me.) He said that I could only have 1 per purchase so I decided that's fine, I would just make 2 purchases then so I could use the other coupon. I think that pissed him off because he did not say another word to me. Then, I looked at my receipt and had been charged double so I told him he might as well just give me another pack of gum since he double charged me. No "I'm sorry" or nothing. Just rudely tossed the other one on the counter. I realize good help is hard to find but this is a popular store around here. Without an apology from someone in charge on behalf of this rude kid, I'll stick with Kum n Go. They always seem grateful for our business. This kid needs to be taught that kindness goes a long way.
