Very clean hotel. Very spacious rooms, even with two King beds. The room felt a lot bigger because there was no hutch, dressers or bulky furniture. The one shelf was about 12 feet long and two feet wide with natural gas style pipes for legs.

My family and I had GREAT TIME at this hotel . The rooms and staff were excellent!!! We had a chance to meet the owner MIsty , she was fun and gave us lots of Ideas of things to do.

A family friend is familiar with the renovation of the hotel and the second story was added in to the renovated hotel.

The lack of pool was a downside, but that was our fault for not making sure. The beach made up for it.

There is no elevator and no pool. The beach area is pretty small, but our 4 & 2 year old boys didn't care. There are two fire pits with red Adirondack chair near the beach and dock. The dock is really nice and goes out away to help boaters get to it. Near the dock there are also some swinging hammocks, they looked fairly new and weren't too dirty.

Nice. Kind of spendy but comparable to other Okoboji accommodations. My kids missed the pool element. No hot tub either. Was near a small beach and dock with chairs, firepits and hammocks. They did supply the wood, lighters and lighter fluid for the fires. Look out for the bikers as this hotel is along a bike path and some riders go rather FAST!

There is a small 2 ft by 2 ft dorm style fridge, a microwave and one chair in the room. The TVs were TCL brand with built in Roku. We had issues with the channels, but a call downstairs and someone came and reprogrammed the channels.

Sunday morning they had free pancakes and they good and filling. We showed up 5 minutes before they were done and they were very accommodating. A few others guest showed up after it was supposed to be done and they still cooked for them.

A different review stated there was no ice machine. There is an ice machine upstairs in the common hallway.

Amazing beautiful rooms, & very friendly , helpful staff!! Thanks again Misty!! I will definitely be coming back!! :)

Rooms are very spacious and have 2 king beds which is very unique. Unfortunately I didn't get to enjoy them as much as I wanted to due the yoga class they offer in the courtyard outside of the rooms. The instructor began BLARING instructions over a microphone while a guitarist played "soothing" melodies while plugged into an amp promptly at 8am! If you enjoy sleeping in AT ALL on your weekend vacation definitely stay somewhere else.

Everything in the hotel was new and its apparent that it was recently renovated.
